We offer a full export packing service to all our European destinations, everything is export packed and sealed at residence prior to loading into our specially designed trucks. All our consignments are treated in the same way regardless of its destination and mode of transport.
Step 1 - Free home survey & Quotation
Our overseas removals consultant will visit your home to assess the volume and discuss any special requirements with you. On completion of his visit we will arrange to prepare a quotation for your move and have this made available to you within 48 hours for approval. Step 2 - Export Packing & Handling
One of the most critical aspects of a European Move is the quality of the packing and handling. We undertake to export pack everything at residence as would for any intercontinental destinations such as Australia & New Zealand. All export packing takes place in your home prior to the moving day. We only use purpose made materials and ensure everything is packed, cased & labelled before we start moving and loading our trucks.
Step 3 - Transport & Storage
All European Moves are transported by road and possibly airfreight for any urgent essentials. We had a fleet of air ride removal trucks built in 1994 specially designed to service our growing European business and offer a first class specialised door-to-door service. We also offer sort and long-term containerised storage facilities within our H.M. Customs & Excise approved storage depository where furniture and personal effects are kept in individual storage containers. It is the cleanest, simplest, most secure storage method available. These containers are transported to your home, loaded at your residence, sealed and delivered to our facility and stored until you require re-delivery or possibly forward movement to your destination address.
Step 4 - Delivery & Unpacking
We will arrange the delivery date and time with you prior to our truck departing the UK. The delivery will arrive as scheduled to destination residence, in most instances with the same men that originally export packed your effects. Once the crew has arrived, they will liase with you before they start to unload to establish where you would like your items positioned within the residence prior to unloading, unpacking and positioning your furniture into all relevant rooms and removal of all used packing materials and debris.
