Step 1 - Free home survey & Quotation
If the move is originating from the UK our removals consultant will visit your home to assess the volume and discuss any special requirements with you. On completion of his visit we will arrange to prepare a quotation for your move and have this made available to you within 48 hours for approval. Step 2 - Export Packing & Handling
One of the most critical aspects of an overseas move is the quality of the packing. We choose our packing crews and the quality of our materials with infinite care. All our export-packing crews worldwide undertake an intensive packing and handling training programme to ensure we maintain our excellent quality in packing and handling. All export packing takes place in your home prior to the moving day. We only use purpose made materials,
Step 3 - Shipping & Storage
When it comes to shipping your possessions overseas, you can feel confident knowing that they will be carefully containerised for export. All intercontinental destinations are serviced by 20ft or 40ft steel containers, either shared or exclusive and all European Moves are transported by road and possibly airfreight for any urgent essentials. This will be determined after our free home survey and clearly stated in our quotation. We also offer sort and long-term containerised storage facilities within our H.M. Customs & Excise approved storage depository where furniture and personal effects are kept in individual storage containers. It is the cleanest, simplest and most secure storage method available. These containers are transported to your home, loaded at your residence, sealed and delivered to our facility and stored until you require re-delivery or possibly forward shipping to your destination address.
Step 4 - Delivery & Unpacking
On arrival of your consignment to destination we or our agents will make contact with you to arrange and perform that very important final stage of your move. They will arrange a convenient delivery date and time with you in advance and on delivery they will unloading, unpack and positioning all your furniture into all relevant rooms and remove all used packing materials and debris.
