Cargo tracking Notes for Guinea Bissau

As decided by the Government of the Republic on Guinea-Bissau on August 8th 2011, a Cargo Tracking Note (C.T.N.) has to be issued for every shipment to Guinea-Bissau as from October 28th 2011(date of shipment).

Local C.N.C.G. representatives at the discharging ports will inspect each and every shipment on the presence of a corresponding C.T.N.. Shipments without a C.T.N. will expose shippers to fines at 200% of the normal tariffs

Guinea-Bissau is now in addition to Nigeria, Senegal and Mali, Guinea and Central Africa Republic for which Dolphin Movers is already appointed to provide CTN's.

The Secretaria De Estado Dos Transportes e Comunicacoes nominated 'Antaser Afrique' our principals as its worldwide general agent and we are the UK/Ireland sole agents for these CTN's.

PLEASE NOTE

All RORO & conventional consignments require a copy/draft B/L. Therefore, please ensure to email a scanned copy/draft B/L with your completed Excel workbook. Documents received separately will not be processed.

You are not required to email a scan of a copy/draft B/L for FCL consignments. On receipt of your completed CTN & copy/draft B/L (if applicable), we will print, validate, endorse & dispatch four coloured copies by special next day delivery to a UK address of your choice.

Payment is required in full before a CTN number is issued. In order for speedy CTN delivery, Credit/Debit Card or Payment on Account in advance are the only acceptable methods of payment.
