Cargo tracking Notes for Guinea

The Guinea Ports Authority (GPA) requires nominated agent validated and endorsed Cargo Tracking Notes (CTN) for all consignments to Guinea. Dolphin Movers are the appointed agent for the UK and Ireland.

Cargo arriving in Guinea without a CTN will not be cleared until a valid CTN has been delivered by the loading port and the receiver risks demurrages and warehousing costs. Fines will be imposed on cargo not covered by a CTN.

You will need to complete, save and email back the following documents in the Excel workbook in electronic format to submitctn@dolphinmovers.com.

3. CTN Payment & delivery details.

PLEASE NOTE

All RORO & conventional consignments require a copy/draft B/L. Therefore, please ensure to email a scanned copy/draft B/L with your completed Excel workbook. Documents received separately will not be processed.

You are not required to email a scan of a copy/draft B/L for FCL consignments. On receipt of your completed CTN & copy/draft B/L (if applicable), we will print, validate, endorse & dispatch four coloured copies by special next day delivery to a UK address of your choice.

Payment is required in full before a CTN number is issued. In order for speedy CTN delivery, Credit/Debit Card or Payment on Account in advance are the only acceptable methods of payment.
